Classic Transport, Inc.
...began in 1993 when founder Bill Garvey recognized his opportunities and the potential to succeed. He knew how to surround himself with competent people and how to trust them to do their jobs. A transport business that began with 30 drivers and a staff of seasoned professionals with proven track records grew to over 15 employees and 600 owner/operators in a relatively short span of time. Today, Classic Transport commands one of the largest owner/operator fleets in northern Indiana and southern Michigan. In addition to RVs, they are a major participant in the transport of motorhomes and utility trucks. Their clients span the United States and Canada.

RV Transport, Inc.
We are a specialized transportation company located in LaGrange County, Indiana, which is the capitol of RV manufacturing. We have been transporting recreational vehicles from this area since 1992. Our company office and yard is located at the corner of 700 S and State Road 5 a few miles west of Topeka, and we also have terminals in Victorville, CA, and in Portland, OR. We do not operate company owned equipment, and we do not hire any hourly paid employees. All of the people who work with us are "Sub-Contractors" and/or "Owner-Operators" who are self-employed business people that lease their service and equipment to us. Our company will deliver many thousands of RV's this year, to all parts of the US and Canada. We believe that our company is growing because of the personable and honest service of our office staff, and because of the great attitude and dedication or our contractors.

  2. would not recommend working for quality drive-away / foremost inc if you live in the western US. I have worked there sine June, was only busy in June and have been struggling to pay the bills since. I bought a truck for this gig thinking I would be making more than enough to pay my bills plus the extra expense of gas and truck payment, wrong. i was told I would be as busy as I wanted to be, but find myself working 4 days with huge deadhead back and having nothing friday through tuesday most weeks. After expenses, we still are barely getting paid what we should. Figure the entire 1st half plus a little of the second half pay goes towards gas and food. I even bring food from home and we barely make profit after a load. One load a week means I was almost better off unemployed. I am still new and wish I had someone to tell me how to get more backhauls so I am not driving 600 miles empty or sitting in some town for 2 days with no money to get back. Can't seem to find any answers from anybody

    1. If you were looking for answers from this company you must have fallen and bumped your head there's nobody at this company who seems to give a s*** about the drivers they they always seem to have a problem paying they as of today they are the lowest paying out there even paying less then D&T or Sky Pointe who are the smallest companies I've ever seen the manager Bob if you can call him a manager always wants to have a the problem the driver's fault can never look at inside that building where the real fault lies if he gets a dispatcher who gives a s*** about their drivers he manages to get rid of them as quickly as possible can't have that I have work for other companies and foremost is far the worst company I've ever worked for if the fuel surcharge goes up they dropped the line haul so you no way you can make money leave you on a Friday on the road without paying you and blaming their issues of payroll on you check your freaking app Bob

  10. It seems to me these companies are making the money, but the O/O isn't making crap. I should be able to do at least about $ 500. per day. With these companies, if you do 300 miles in the day it's costing you about $ 105.00 for that trip and with being paid about $ 1,30 per mile, that's about $ 390.00 for the trip and you take your fuel out and you got about $ 285. plus any tolls or other expenses, that's a rip off. You have to make about 500 a day before expenses or you are going broke.

  17. Mapletree is the worst at dispatching, they leave you stranded thruout the country with no trips , way to much favoritism to other contractors. Leaving their own drivers high and dry, I lost over 50,000 in revenue switching to them , and they'll steal your bond money for management's personal gain
